Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S & D.C., who are Freaky Fast Rewards® members, 18 years or older. Employees of Jimmy John's Franchisor SPV, LLC and its Franchisees, (herein "Jimmy John's"), Inspire Brands, Inc., and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Offer is available June 5, 2023 to June 11, 2023 or while supply of Jimmy John's pool floats (retail value of $55) last, whichever is sooner ("Reward Period"). Only 1000 Jimmy John's pool floats are available.
During the Reward Period, to earn the "Wrap Royalty Badge Reward," you must be logged into your Freaky Fast Rewards® account and purchase each of the three (3) Summer Wraps (Chicken Caesar Wrap, Thai Chicken Wrap, and Jalapeno Ranch Wrap). Limit of one (1) qualifying wrap purchase per day. Multiple wraps purchased in a single transaction or single day will not count towards the Wrap Royalty Badge Reward. Final wrap must be purchased by no later than 11:59 pm eastern time June 11, 2023. Be sure to keep your original receipts. No photos or copies will be accepted. Jimmy John's reserves the right to verify each and every wrap purchase prior to providing Wrap Royalty Badge Reward.
How To claim the Wrap Royalty Badge Reward: When you have earned the Wrap Royalty Badge, you will get a pop up in the Jimmy John's App and an email from Jimmy John's telling you to claim your giveaway. You must provide your U.S. mailing address via "Your Account" settings in app, under contact information no later than 7 days after unlocking the Wrap Royalty Badge Reward. Limit one (1) Wrap Royalty Badge Reward redemption per household. Wrap Royalty Badge Reward will be mailed via U.S. mail within the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia. Allow 10-12 weeks for delivery.
Purchases generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the participation process are void. The Wrap Royalty Badge Reward is provided "as is" with no warranty or guarantee. Jimmy John's reserves the right to substitute an item of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. You cannot substitute, transfer, sell, barter or auction any receipt. The Wrap Royalty Badge Reward has no cash value. A receipt is void if not obtained from authorized and legitimate channels, or if a receipt is altered, counterfeit, produced in error or obtained via fraud or theft. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the offer, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the offer, the processing of redemptions, the functionality of the website or app, or in any offer-related materials. Jimmy John's reserves the right to cancel the offer at any time. Jimmy John's, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this offer or the acceptance and/or use of the Wrap Royalty Badge Reward.
